Return Policy:

We have a 30-day return policy, starting from the date you received your item.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags

  • In its original packaging

You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return:

Note: Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, you'll receive a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.

Damages and Issues:

Inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can address the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (special orders, personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges:

For a faster exchange, return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period:

If shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. The same eligibility criteria apply.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Keep in mind that additional processing time by your bank or credit card company may be required.
